Feedback Friday (#44)

Okay people, here's one for ya . . .

Management is cracking down on "any and all blatant exhibitions of bafoonery and those related acts which would (and should) be classified as shenanigans, goofing off and/or hi-jinks", so I guess we're gonna have to do some actual work around here today - like posting "Feedback Friday" on Friday.

Imagine that.

In honor of the announcement today that Starbucks will be raising the already high price of their coffee, we here at Procrastination Station think it would be interesting to hear all about your favorite Starbucks offering.

That's it, that's the assignment.

What is "Your Drink" at Starbucks?

Should be enlightening, to say the least. I can feel the caffeine flowing already.

I don't drink anything that would be considered coffee. I tend to get Frappuccinos, usually caramel, though sometimes I leave out the coffee altogether and get strawberry or tangerine.

This is, of course, on the half-dozen or so times a year that I actually go to Starbucks.

Cafe Mocha. New Starbucks opening on my drive to work. Already filling out the bankruptcy paperwork. How can I pass it up when I don't even have to get out of my car? I'm screwed.

Glenn - I'm a Mocha guy myself. I feel your pain.

Drove by it on the way home. It's open. Almost did a U-turn but resisted the urge.

Note to self: Remove credit card from wallet.

Chai Latte--whole milk. Nummers. Now that it's getting to be that Fall time of year--I'll be sipping on more of these...

I'm feeling left out. I think there's only 1 Starbucks in Dublin and it's way over on the other side of the city. Bah humbug.

Yes, Terri . . . but lest we forget you have Guinness pouring out of every spigot in town. I would trade all the Starbucks for one really good Guiness-serving pub.

No doubt about that.

Actually, the best way for Starbucks to improve (other than lowering the prices) would be to serve pints of Guinness.

Attention any and all Starbucks executives - Ben O. has an idea!

My favourite Starbucks drink is the 'Molotov Cocktail' because I get to deliver it to THEM.

Toast - I'm sensing some anxiety on the whole "Starbucks" issue.

Did the barista mess up your latte last week?

Ben - I'm so with you on the Guinness comments. I did have the vanilla thingie there once a year or so ago. I don't go to Starbucks, generally, and I never drink coffee.

I actually like the Iced Mochas as well. Sort of a change from my usual Grande Mocha.

Oh - and don't forget that Gingerbread flavoring. If you haven't tried a Gingerbread Mocha, go to Starbucks immediately and get one.

Go on . . .

I like the shape of the Grande cup . . . and the shape of my bladder before excess bloating sets in.

Grande it is . . .
